Illana Gambrill is a truth-teller, healer, and visionary. She’s a professional dancer and choreographer whose career has always been rooted in expression and embodiment. She is the force behind KURE. A global movement centred on liberation, emotional release, and self-remembrance.
KURE wasn’t born from branding or strategy. It emerged from lived experience.
After years of silencing herself and shaping her body and voice to fit expectations, Illana reached a breaking point. That moment became the shift that she needed. An invitation for her to choose honesty over performance, and truth over approval.
Drawing from her background in dance, movement, and transformational work, Illana now guides others back into their bodies and into themselves. As a speaker, movement guide, and mentor, she helps people shed what they’ve been conditioned to be and reconnect with who they actually are. She has had the pleasure of holding space for thousands of people globally and working with many artists as their coach and choreographer.
Her work is grounded, direct, and deeply human.
