Expect to be welcomed into a room full of love in the safe space that KURE. creates for EVERYBODY. Whether you’re looking to blend in, stand out or explore your comfort zone, KURE. classes are judgement free and full of emotion, from euphoric joy, to unleashing deeper traumas and reaching self acceptance. Power tunes will guide your experience whilst Illana’s energy and teaching method mean everyone in the room feels supported whilst you cheer each other on and break through your own barriers, whatever they may be.
Classes are choreographed with intention and designed for all levels.

MOVEMENT & MENTORSHIP
Working with Illana 1:1 is a deeply personalized, supportive experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You can expect a blend of intentional movement and personal mentoring, tailored to your needs in each session. The movement work is accessible and intuitive, focused on releasing tension, reconnecting you to your body, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and alive.
No dance experience is required.
Alongside movement, Illana offers one-on-one mentoring that creates space for clarity, self-trust, and personal growth. These sessions are conversational, intuitive, and honest. Supporting you in navigating life transitions, reconnecting with your inner voice, and breaking patterns that keep you stuck.
Every 1:1 is collaborative and fluid. Some sessions lean more physical, others more reflective, but all are held with care, presence, and intention. This is work that supports your nervous system, your mindset, and your relationship with yourself - inside and out.
